    Partnership to End Addiction is seeking a full-time Project Coordinator to work on a multisite project aimed at preventing and addressing co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders among youth in school and community sites in Westchester County, NY.

    The position requires working within a multidisciplinary team, helping to design, implement, and evaluate youth- and community-based prevention curricula and programming aimed at reducing and addressing the risk of co-occurring disorders among young people.

    This position is funded at least through August 2025. Duration of employment is limited to the duration of funding, which may have the option for extension beyond that date.

     Responsibilities of the job include: 

    • Demonstrate and reflect the mission and values of the organization.
    • Proactively coordinate and collaborate with colleagues to fulfill mission and objectives of the job.
    • Coordinate project activities for a multi-site project that includes schools, community-based organizations, and a university-based data analysis team.
    • Assist in developing prevention program curricula and programs.
    • Deliver in-person trainings to parents, educators, and youth-serving community organizations.
    • Monitor project activities and assure compliance with grant requirements and deadlines.
    • Assist in writing reports to fulfill grant requirements, including tracking and documenting project activities and evaluation data and outcomes.

    Qualifications: 

    • Master’s degree (relevant social science or public health field); or Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years relevant, full-time work experience, plus
    • 2+ years on-the-ground experience in delivering and implementing prevention programming in schools and communities
    • Subject matter expertise in prevention science and programming and in substance use and co-occurring disorder prevention and intervention
    • Field experience coordinating and collaborating with schools and community-based organizations
    • Strong organization, time management, and interpersonal skills
    • Strong project management skills and experience
    • Excellent writing, communication, public speaking, and presentation skills
    • Experience in and comfort with delivering informational presentations to adult audiences (parents/caregivers and educators)
    • Ability to work as part of a cohesive team, but also to work independently when needed to achieve goals
    • Ability to travel to sites within Westchester County, NY
    • Valid driver’s license and vehicle availability are required.

    Starting Pay Range: 

    $55,000 – $63,000 annual salary, based on relevant experience and qualifications.
